About Us
How We Got Started
The inspiration to start a movement against Gender Based Violence (GBV), abuse, human trafficking and other human atrocities; was the brainchild of his Excellence Dr. Mohamed bin Abdulkarim Al Issa, Secretary General of Muslim World League (MWL) and former Minister of Justices in Saudi Arabia.
During his visit to South Africa, he witnessed the severely high number of women and child abuse cases. After meetings Sheik Walid El Saadi, Executive adviser for the African continent and head of the Muslim World League Southern Africa Regional office, he was inspired to start a foundation to help those in need, with a focus on the protection of women and children.
Our Mission
The foundation has already embarked on a national media campaign through its event-based awareness campaigns, which are well attended by influential decision makers, contributors and other role players, seeking to assist in policy and other elements of regulation that can help curb the crises.
This foundation is funded by his Excellence Dr. Mohamed bin Abdulkarim Al Issa, to help people of all cultural backgrounds, heritages, genders and religions worldwide. He is the secretary general of the Muslim World league that has been assisting South Africa and the African continent for more than 25 years, with disaster relief, such as boreholes, provision of health eye cataract operations, helping orphanages and others.
